PIPEX Upgrade

Just another factet to the 'upgrade'.... I ordered min on thursday(ish) last week, and thought I was being 'upgraded' to the Pipex Go service at 2Mb.... however the email messages I have received from Pipex this morning don't mention the go service at all, just 'welcome to Pipex Xtreme'...
Anyway I was synched at 2Mb and throttled by Pipex to 1Mb - needless to say even after a reboot of the router I am still throttled to 1Mb.... and my Pipex Control Panel still shows Solo 1000.....
